That's the report on January retail figures. The virus only really started to spread in late January, so any significant retail impact would be from Feb and onwards. It is most certainly going to have an impact on retail sales. We know that the bushfires negatively impacted retail, because people weren't going out as much. The effect virus will be the same, but probably worse.
