Pistol, check out how wrong The Australian (via Dow jones newswrie) got the story wrong today:
http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/industry-sectors/graincorp-lifts-dividend-payout-as-malt-business-brews-net-profit-jump/story-e6frg95o-1225960735475
This part:
"Shares in Graincorp today gained 1.55 per cent, tacking on 12c to $7.85, just off a $7.87 high."
:+/
I have no idea why you got hammered today- you had a 27% increase in net profit, and an increase in dividend. Perhaps it was GNC suggesting a cautious approach, that sent some kind of message. Unless there's some other evidence, it looks like the market was harsh. Maybe the market expected a great increase in profit?
Your graph has looked fantastic though- great left to right incline happening there. I don't hold, but I was interested to see such a hammering today for GNC.
Good luck to holders.
