re: caged corrigan just heard the chairman Mr Peter Scanlan has 7.5% of PRK, and corrigan has 2.75%, to me they won't be able to do a (s6) takeover as you need 90%, the best they could do is a scheme of arrangement (s4 of corp act), a scheme generally needs board recommendation.
