my posting was to throw up the question, why sell off the profitable part of the company? Yates Botanicals appeared to be their cash cow.
Reading between the lines, they must be keeping the Wyee facility and are intending to expand this line further and selling off operations with a high labour input .
As Alpha observed this activity could be a sign that the new management is willing to grasp the nettle, so to speak.
