{It could be that the initial drop of 350,000 shares at 27.5 cents right at the open set off a chain reaction of self-fulfilling prophesy. But that particular sale was driven by the need to raise several thousand dollars in a rush to meet a suddenly increased down payment demand just ahead of a scheduled real estate closing. Nothing to do with PNV - in fact the seller made this move with regret and only as a last resort. He remains with a nice holding and will buy more as his finances allow, but right now the funds were unavoidably needed for another purpose.}
