It could be that the initial drop of 350,000 shares at 27.5 cents right at the open set off a chain reaction of self-fulfilling prophesy. But that particular sale was driven by the need to raise several thousand dollars in a rush to meet a suddenly increased down payment demand just ahead of a scheduled real estate closing. Nothing to do with PNV - in fact the seller made thismove with regret and only as a last resort. He remains with a nice holding and will buy more as his finances allow, but right now the funds were unavoidably needed for another purpose.
Purchases of shares are always fueled by an interest in and expectation of commercial success by the company. Sales, on the other hand are often driven by extraneous factors.
