This is the question we have been discussing. Signed PA in Dec 2017, 4 tear Initial exploration period. If the Exploration licence was signed subsequent, then perhaps that is the date they are going by (rightly or wongly). Is that the March date you referred to? They will have had to applied for the extension already. Covid reasons would suggest it is a formality, but we await confirmation.
