Definitely vote against the 50mill +25 mill later on (i.e. options at a give away price) raising. They will have enough cash from the 25mill BBY placement and 25mill placement to shareholders to get them by. If that isn't enough cash then let them raise more from loyal shareholders.
Vote no to the BBY raising.
