you can’t offshore mining tax for the most part. Thin capitalisation rules stop that. Singapore marketing hubs are now stopped and the % of tax was immaterial anyway. People get this stupid notion miners offshore profits, it’s almost impossible!!!!!!!!! Learn a little about tax before making stupid statements.
Tech and low margin retail is where tax minimalism or outright evasion occurs through transfer pricing. Learn a little please.
