like 95% of experts, broadly little idea. Though if we wait long enough eventually it will correct., Then it will go up again. As it’s done for decades. It pays great income. I bought it at $17.20 in 2005. When you include dividends it’s been a wonderful LT investment. Im not a trader, and when it corrects, we could buy more. I don’t see reason for this to change in future. I will ride the ups and downs, enjoy the dividends and let others get wrapped up in trading and daily ‘news’ that represents ‘noise’. Not advice DYOR and all that.
