I will not try to explain the SP, but I did learn that Wineries test their product chemically very frequently.
I would have thought a Sentia onslaught within Australia would be up and running (such fun these print options!).
It would be useful to know what the plan is/how far on it is/ if there is a plan!
Personally, I think Mr Sharman is not a good strategist. It is strategy we need. ("Strategy" must be practical, focussed, disciplined)
