Well done hipforpocket . This is the first forum I have contributed to through my years in the market, mainly because there were only a few posting in any given day not so long ago.

I'm certain there are a lot more out there with a question.

There is no such thing as a silly question, only a silly statement. So I implore those with there hard earned on the table, ask away.

As a builder for over 20 years, I have often found it's the laborer who asks the best question because they are the ones dealing with the problem first hand and thereby from different perspective.

My question refers to tp4 post / npv valuations.

Is there any plausible reason why a risk factor of 3 per cent potential value could be calculated by the market.
And, why would such a larger risk factor be adopted / calculated in comparing to a resource when usually a risk factor of between 10 to 50 per cent is adopted when resource is found and currently completing jorc.
