    the only person to answer is Aces and t4...most money comes in from funds at stage 3...however stage 2 with VALIDATION also attracts funds..........daytraders step aside..small funds step aside...BIG pharma coy'c step in and the price ROCKETS..APN is an exception to the rule..so much happening!
