I spoke to the company sec today and they can sell to as many hospitals in Aus and NZ as they want to. The trials they have going in other hospitals is just a way to introduce them to the product and show the beefits but they aren;t required. That will be the same when the US licence is granted in the coming months. On that one he confirmed that the FDA had a maxium of 90 days to approve there application and it has been approx 30 days so far so itcould take up to a maxium og 60 days more.
