    AGO's problem wasn't lack of cash but lack of viability with IO price being less than all in costs so they were unprofitable not insolvent. Debtor amounts should be honoured but AGO will then want all contractors to take a haircut to further contribute to lowering costs. Thus contractors will then continue like AGO used to i.e. unprofitably
