Now the initial results are in - and congratulations to Dr Tunks and the whole team - they will be expanded.
This is my assessment: Dr Tunks is an explorer ‐ a good one - not a miner. MEI have never mined.
Disclosure: I met him in May and he was pleased I hadn't sold, which I've stated here before. What I didn't state is the he said to me "I'm an explorer not a miner"
I kept that comment to myself, until an appropriate time, which is now, as there is no conflict of interest.
We will be taken over, possibly BHP and others are running the rule over us to get this asset into production earlier than MEI could, if they were miners. Dr Tunks has put and putting together an excellent team to deliver on this project, so a big organisation can just slip into it and drive it forward. It will start to mine between 2025 - 2026 there will be no delay.
These are my personal thoughts with no solicitation from anyone. Ok maybe The Bat thing. We are in an enviable position, as everyone needs what MEI have, and all holders will be amply reworded.
Maybe I'll open another bottle, if my wife let's me.
