Why in the world would anyone in their right mind want to sell an asset of this magnitude? Firstly, I suggest doing a quick calculation of the value of the resources available.... the number lies in the NINE to TEN digits...... If we sell out without developing the site we may get a $1 per share.... better to develope the project and reap the rewards. Go Long and go HARD. Selling assets is like being a stock analyst and hiring a brokerage firm to find stock for you. Sure you may make some money in the short term money but will have left a large sum on the table. I for one am greedy!!!
