As announced to ASX on Friday, 8 July 2016, SC Lowy has agreed to replace the previously announced working capital arrangement with an alternative working capital facility. The change in working capital arrangements has caused a delay in finalising the transaction documentation.

It is expected that the acquisition of the Company's senior debt by SC Lowy will now occur on or before 19 July 2016.

If the Company becomes aware of any price sensitive information, including in relation to any alternative proposals, it will inform ASX in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
