Stompa, you'll only sell if someone wants to buy at your price. The fact the stock shows 3.3 cents now means little.

If no buyers want to pay more than 1 cent and a seller is prepared to take 1 cent then the new price is 1 cent ps.

Likely this will dump as people try and recover at least some of there money. Those who bought in higher are odds on the lose their shirts.
