Your theory assumes two things which I disagree with
1. that price does not deviate more than 5% from FA and we know that price can deviate a lot even when FA is unchanged let alone FA that is priced on assumption of underlying commodity
2. the assumption that FA conducted is infact correct
I do agree with the concept of trading with less capital though
