So something for consideration.. this company seems to be struggling, strugging to keep lights on, struggling for funding, struggling to get directors, strugging with business strategy (now going global). they had the first mover advantage, and have squandered it. other companies are now launching, and getting revenue in, and we are falling further behind. now with news last week that Amazon are going to enter the territory... why not take whats left (and a proven example with the 3 diamonds). why not sell the IP to amazon, get some pretty pennies (seeing they actually have funds to complete), and move on? does anyone see this getting back on track? i mean honestly... im a holder, but looking out of concern... i mean how long has it taken (and still taken) to get directors on board and interested? doesnt bode well from an investor (and outside investor) for future CR's, etc.

How about sell the IP to a "related party" for two tenths of three fifths, shut down the company so the shareholders get nada, then sell the IP to Amazon for a gazillion buckaroonies?
