Yes i did see that message that said they will 'raise' soon, hower it did not mention any of the following....
1. That they would raise this week.
2. That the CR would be open to retail.
3. That there will be a discount
4. That the discount price (if any) would be 1.5.
5. That there will be bonus options.
6. That they would do a CR for 15M

Respectively, all the points above are based on your assumptions and nothing concrete from any messages i have seen.

Despite that msg u showee me, i still do not think there will be a retail CR because this would take time which is not what SAS has.
If there is a CR, it will compliment a financial package and would not be open to shareholders.
