I was talking to a broker lately [a rare occurrance] and he believes LHG IS run by mugs. Gave the mandatory "proof" too. Briefly, a mining consultant mate who had been there told him never to reccommend them, they couldn't organize a pissup in a brewery, or words to that effect.

As a exercise, wold somebody with the latest annuals do a rough calc on the POG required before they could pay a realistic div? I did a few years ago and it was about US$1,000/oz when our A$ was much lower.
