I agree with 2910..... as the emso's are 20 cents they will probably be out of the money - and given the style of the trial where there is little news to share the OB's could well be out of the money as well - back to your question DDzx - it depends on wether they re-issue the options in view of the unexpected delay casued by the phase three trial becoming a phase 2a trial in which case all the options would be back in play - the call you have to make is wether you want to risk the amount you would get for your O's on the above happening
