Sorry mate I'm confused, are you saying this Phase 3 trial is now a Phase 2a trial or are you saying last year when the 2a trial happened that was supposed to be Phase 3.
-it depends on wether they re-issue the options in view of the unexpected delay casued by the phase three trial becoming a phase 2a trial in which case all the options would be back in play-
Being relatively new to EMS - (last 6 months) I'm not sure what you're saying
