There is major consensus in buying here.
Guys like us have gone in with the expectation of making a nice tidy profit because we saw the value here.
This round of buyers, some old but I'm guessing quite a few new ones are looking at this with the same expectation of making good money.
The price expectation this round, again I'm guessing is probably a lot higher than ours...
We may need to reset our pricing view....
