Those 500k sells at 13, 13.5 & 14 look decidedly suspect!!!
Personally I think the finance is bedded down with CS (they've had plenty of time by now) and is waiting on a couple of final outcomes.
1. The DFS just released which hopefully with a better IRR it may help negotiate a better final financing agreement if capex can't be 100% debt funded
2. Final State Govt mining permits. This shouldn't be a big issue as it's not greenfields development being a previously mined area so should be more a formality then otherwise.
Taking all the above into consideration I give ourselves 4 weeks and hopefully within 2 to see finalisation of both points.
Hopefully beuracratic red tape doesn't drag it's feet too much as it has a history of doing.
