The conspiracy theorist in me says that if CTO had vaguely good news to report, we would be hearing about it. Its hard to believe that a strategy to deliberately keep the SP down by withholding information is in place to give some folk an opportunity to buy shares at a reduced rate. I just don't understand the silence at a time that good news should be pouring from CTO. I would really like to hear from anybody who is able to shed light on this. By my measure I have a substantial stake in CTO.
