agree on adi .. i am not in any hurry to sell and there is little interest expressed in the awe offer, the market is buying atm above their offer price.. hartleys thinks .45 or more will be offered in the near term.
why sell ADI? plenty of time b4 anything happens.. and first bid is pretty low
buying aut right now.. i think the hartleys valuation of AUT at 100 cents based on .40 offer by AWE makes sense..
AUT must be on the radar of AWE in a big way.. AUT has cash in the bank also.. handy for them also..
10% of the shale play with ADI is hardly enough, they would look very seriously at AUT right now, and anything below $1 is below the minimum they are asking for at ADI right now..
AUT has some huge acreages position there and it would match up beautifully with the ADI purchase
exciting days for the jvp..
