RES statement from 29/07/2009 "Rights Issue Shortfall Placement" indicated that only 40% of the entitlement was taken and "Shaw Corporate Finance Pty Limited" has taken the rest. I assume that "Shaw Corporate Finance Pty Limited" will offload some of those stocks in the near future which might explain why it will not go as high as we all expect and want.
