Simple mental exercise.
Assume you have $160m in cash.
Are you able to replicate all of PME's software (including Visage), get FDA approval for it, and get the same number of contracts currently held by PME with your $160m in cash?
If the answer is no, then PME's price is justifiable just on replacement value or private market transaction value alone.
If the answer is yes, and you can replicate it for a figure less than $160m, then that should be the figure you will sell down to.
