I must say though ABLM what I don't understand is why anyone who owns this stock hasn't tried to dump it last week or this week at .005 and buy it back via the entitlement if they wish too.
1. This alleviates them off the possibility of getting nothing should they shortfall on the minimum,
2. They will get options if they choose to do so free of charge for half of their holding which should result in a few $s profit on sell down (I'm not suggesting conversion) if they continue to operate post this entitlement,
3. The above exercise won't cost you anything bar brokerage on sell down. I respect your 12 month CGT concession comment but really that's the last thing on long term holders minds at this point.
