Glyphosate is a relatively small portion of over all earnings - I think around 15% (please correct me if I am wrong).
At the current price IMO market already has a 0 value on the glyphosate business.
The drop since late Jan/early Feb from from the mid 6 levels is unjustified - especially as the broader market has rallied. Based on available evidence, PPT selling is the only explanation.
The more I think about it, the corporate activity rumors may be just that, rumors. Since '07 NUF has been on the TO radar, but to no avail. Only time will tell if "this time is different".
