looks like the market have already factored this in, it is now a matter of how much, if just a little bit you can expect it to bounce quite hard, if a lot it will be brought down but not by much due to the already low pe.
have seen sp rally on bad news and fall on good news, solely depending whether it was at multi year highs or lows with the news release
