How much money are LYC going to make out of this asset in the next 10 years? - nothing - they are rightly focused on the rare earth deposits.
This asset is worth approx $30m in a $3b dollar company. The base metal prices are looking at the peak of their valuations - good time to sell.
It is insignificant and adds no value. Get rid of it.
