Remember that this is the same board that strongly recommended that shareholders give away 51.5% of LYC for 36c a share to a Chinese company.
Not sure that was 100% prudent, honest and in the best fiducial interests of shareholders.
This board is very lucky that FIRB saved their butt, and made them look like they may know a thing or two about this businessy-type stuff.
