Other private and contractors. Look at the Australian breakdown with US out of it. It is something like 37%. US has been cost neutral for the last 18 months and my guess is will be the same next year.
Cardno are not a major projects firm. Risk is working for developers who pay poor Margins and have cash flow issues. Major Infrastructure are either government or alliance work.
