sell utopia asset to bounty

NEO just aanouced that it has agreed to sell Utopia to Bounty. very wise deal in my opinion.

1) Frees up cash to pump into Jack-Hamar, thus removing the threat of future capital raisings. Whilst Utopia has significant reserves, it will cost a lot of money to get them out of the ground, which would have been money they would have had to raise in the market

2) Management can now divert its attention to its California assets

All-in-all I think it demonstrates the degree of confience management has in Jack-Hamar.
