In January the company stated P/O's were forthcoming...where are they?
They are with TZ...as announced by TZ - Larson, Hafele, Interxion + others which they have said that they won't announce.

The sell side is 3 times the buy side and we will see in the low $3's next week.

Surely they should be informing their shareholders as to progress as otherwise investors will sell the stock down aggressively.
