Many comments about ARQ by supposed analysts reveal they have no idea or are working on the assumption that the oil price is going to collapse.
For starters it should be pretty easy to come to grips with the fact that ARQ is trading on a low PE. ARQ's production is known. The income ARQ receives is known. So what's the problem with analysts still giving sells and coming up with absurd price valuations like $1.00 for ARQ?
Could it be incompetence?
