Previous valuation of $81m feels VERY high given all that has happened and not happened. No surprise only $100k was raised. Not sure why anybody would lend money to get this thing moving (the LOI referenced above) unless there is some serious bankable revenue coming in post manufacture and launch of said satellites. Would there be?
I'm just contemplating the 1c offer for a write down at this point and moving on having learnt a salient lesson. When a MC looks too good to be true with no revenue and you are sitting on 10X - sell! Or at least sell a load and keep the rest literally as a bet.
