Fair enough. My structured argument is on the the following basis.

1. I have been to China and realize it is a very hard egg to crack.

2. Months & months of promised announcements.

3. The ICP Web site does reflect any of it's new future ventures. Most professional companies keep this updated at all times.

4. Based on my past experiances in China, a lot larger some of money is required to make this proposed venture work.
