To continually screw down the SP would make a T/O right very appetising. Imagine....the SP is presently 5 cents, and so we may then be offered a premium of 50% or shares in the TO firm, and then they may say "we'll keep your shares in limbo during the transaction for about six months".
Or, will it be a CR at some stage?
