Mgt tell us very little and there is a thing free float the rest held by long term insto's. We have to guess whether there will be sort of small capital raising. However, the report sets the pre- conditions and I assume there will be something after the furnace reline is completed and re-starts running efficiently> All of which justifies the SP action. IMHO.
