Still watching. I feel that the fx reality starting to bite. As discussed before this could change violently in the right direction but you need a currency correction. Without it, or worse still continuation of same with AUD rising, IFM going to remain under extreme pressure because this is all about earnings not hard assets. I think you must be right re one or more larger sellers, whom seem to have waited for the divi before selling ( dont understand why given not franked). Whatever it is the stock has recently found new lows of 18.5c, which values it approx $50m, only some 6.5 times the lower of their earnings guidance. Does seem low.
