    @luckylizard my guess of why the price is dropping is that that market has realised that the rival undersea cable looks like it will proceed, I think maybe a fair few people thought they would ditch the idea once Vocus pressed the button to proceed but that doesn't seem to be the case. hence less demand for Vocus's cable.
