Hey Elvis ... if you are on talking terms with the 3mill seller, please tell him from us that he has rocks in his head for putting 3 mill on offer! What was he thinking!!!
That is ALWAYS going to scare of buyers. Any genuine commonsense seller would have broken that into three sell orders, waited, & then hit the bid each time without spooking the market. You might get slightly less, & your brokerage might be a few dollars more. But you get out painlessly at best possible prices. Now look where he is!
