Sure CII is being followed, more about lack of opportunities to get in at reasonable price, whatever that is.
CII is a bit complicated as directors point out in presentation and may have a pollution problem but potential is huge. Got the phosphate and running plant, already making a quid and future ginormous demand from China over next decade.
Not bad if you can get any.
