I missed the property boom when it started, because property prices had been in the toilet for over a decade.
They doubled, I thought watch out when this crashes... Well off it ran and ran and ran and ran. Plenty of warning when it did get top out.
New money won't have that same fear as a lot of us long term holders.... Be very wary about selling early. A lot of these Bios that we are so accustomed to seeing rise 2 cents and fall 4 cents, could just up and take off...
Especially those that have money coming in that are genuinely ready to re-rate because they have finally matured after years of R & D..
My holdings here are locked and loaded....
