    GABBIE, I agree with you about the poor execution if the assumption of the 2009 investor is correct.
    On the other hand, if you need 800K quickly ( eg. someone is pointing a gun at your head :| or an administrator who has no idea about Unilife) it's the only way to get this amount of money out considering the average volume.
